The story
Maya rides six hours on gravel most Saturdays, usually alone and usually further than she planned. Her old frame was a size too long; she had moved the saddle forward until it ran out of rail.
The fit put her saddle 68 mm behind the bottom bracket and her bars 64 mm below the saddle. We drew the frame around those two numbers, then added clearance for 50 mm tyres and three bottle mounts.
