01

Booking a fit

Your fit is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Prices on the website include VAT. Bring the bike, shoes, pedals and kit you ride in.

02

Moving or cancelling

You can move or cancel a fit free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. Within 48 hours we keep half the fee, because we can’t offer the slot to anyone else.

03

A fit is not medical advice

A bike fit can remove a cause of discomfort, but it isn’t a diagnosis or a treatment. If you’re injured or in pain, see a physio or a doctor first. We’re happy to work with them.

04

Custom frames and bikes

A 30% deposit is due when you sign off your frame drawing; the balance is due when you collect. Once the tubes are cut, the deposit can’t be refunded. Our lead times are estimates: we’ll tell you as soon as we know of any delay.

05

Warranty

Every Setback frame carries a lifetime warranty on the welds and tubes for the first owner. It doesn’t cover crash damage, misuse or normal wear on the finish. Crash damage we repair at cost.

06

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law. We’re not responsible for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee.

07

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Write to us at the email address in the footer of this website, or ask at the studio.
