Macro of a brushed titanium seat cluster: the seat stays TIG-welded to the seat tube, with the fine brushed grain catching the light.

Why titanium

It doesn’t rust, dent or date. It just rides.

We only weld seamless 3Al-2.5V titanium. It’s lighter than steel, tougher than carbon in a crash, needs no paint and rides with a calm, damped feel you notice after the third hour. A Setback frame should outlast every part you hang on it.
