Week 2

Sign-off

We go through the drawing together, in the arch or on a call. Tyre clearance, mounts, cable routing, finish. Nothing is cut until you say yes.

Tubes & welding

Seamless 3Al-2.5V titanium tubes, mitred by hand and TIG-welded in a purge of argon. Your number is stamped on the seat tube.

Finishing

Brushed, bead-blasted, anodised or painted. Hana faces and chases every thread and checks the frame against the drawing one last time.

We build it with the parts you chose, then fit you on it, on the same trainer, with the same markers. Then you ride it home.
